It seems a great war has begun between two major superstates, *I3-byUsagi and ~ZeeNovos. It seems we can’t put an end to it, but only hunker down and wait until the pencils break or technology fails to bend to their will.

Now, moving on from that lovely little excerpt explaining my little competition between Zee to see who can draw more fanart of the other’s character.

This is a picture I did of Westley the Weather Worker. Evidently he’s coming in and taking off his coat from a long day of… well… working the weather.

Originally this started out as just a picture of him, but then I went and drew in what I can only guess my mind meant to be his study. Apparently he lives in a moving castle, a normal looking one, not like Howl’s. She moves to wherever he’s making weather and provides everything he needs. And her name is Castle. XD
